Return Eligibility

Phythraxdryxalon accepts returns of organization products within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition with all packaging materials, tags, and accessories included. We inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our return criteria.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product. We will process the refund for the returned item separately.
